Camera shots

Aerial Shots- when the camera captures a scene in the air.

Arc Shot- When the camera circles an object.

Bridging shot- When the camera follows an animated line or a line in general.

Close up- Camera that focuses on a persons face.

*Medium Shots- A medium shot is when the camera is close, but not like a close-up. It is the perfect shot that includes; background, and more than 1 character scenes.

Long Shots- As it states in its name its when a camera is far away from the character.

Cowboy Shot- This shot is when the camera focuses on the mid-thigh up. Usually used in cowboy movies for standoffs (hence the name).
